State Bar of Wisconsin Gene was elected and served on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Wisconsin representing District 15 lawyers (Racine County Lawyers) from 2005 through 2009. Gene was also elected by the Governor's to serve on the Executive Committee of the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2008-2009.
